WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Full return policy bellow:
All items must be in an original condition with all accessoires included the guarantee-tag.
All items will be examined upon return!
All items purchased from the caftan-export.com must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If we receive an item in improper condition, the refund will become void!
In case you return any items after 14 days upon receipt, no refund will be offered nor will your items be returned to you.
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation. It may take up to 30 days to receive the refund
Please, keep the proof of your return when you send us the package until we have received it.
We do not cover any costs, the return costs are for the customer.
We will not be responsible for anything after 6 months from the day you made your order.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can ship your order back to us within 14 days after recipient. This is counted from the day it is delivered. In case you return any items after 14 days, no refund will be offered. Please note that the item must contain all the accessoires, included the guarantee-label.
Scarves are not accepted for return.
Please note that the kids-jellabat are made on measure. This means that a refund is not possible. We can only exchange the size for this product.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
Products purchased with a discount code during a promotion are non-refundable.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION?
Unfortunately, you cannot return a product from the exclusive line. These are made especially for you and can therefore not be returned.
CAN I RETURN JEWELRY ITEMS?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we have a strict no-return policy on all jewelry Items
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we don’t have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.
